Courier
This option is available for smaller items that can be sent direct with our freight partner. Available orders are shipped next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival.

Home Delivery
This option is available for all larger items. Our Customer Service team will contact you once you place an order to confirm a delivery day. Transit times will vary based on your location, for more details click here.

Returns Policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at Early Settler's discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:

A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by Early Settler to be produced.
Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.

For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Store Collection

We offer store collection from a number of locations around the country. Once your order arrives and is ready to collect, we’ll contact you by phone, SMS or email.

All orders will be sent to our locations within the below timeframes. For backorders, this timeframe begins from your order ETA.

Victoria: 4-10 days
Queensland: 7-14 days
South Australia: 14-21 days
North Queensland, including Cairns, Townsville & Rockhampton: 14-21 days
New South Wales & ACT: 5-15 days
Western Australia: 10-21 days

We have limited storage space, so we ask that you collect your order within 7 days of being notified it has arrived. If that’s not possible, just let us know.

What can be collected where?

Smaller, lighter items can be collected from most of our stores. Larger or bulkier items may need to be collected from a warehouse location, which is fully equipped to help you load your order. Our smaller stores have limited people-power and therefore collection of bulky and heavy items is not available. When collecting your order, please bring help to load heavier items into your vehicle.

The Tomi Aluminium Dining Table 70cm in Moss Green is a properly proportioned small-balcony cafe table - 70 by 70cm at standard dining height, which seats two without feeling mean on space and doesn't take over a balcony floor that needs to stay navigable. The raised aluminium slat top drains rain through the gaps rather than pooling on the surface, and the powder-coated UV stabilised aluminium throughout means no rust, no oiling and no weathering to manage. The soft moss green reads as muted sage, sitting calmly against timber decks, planted edges and stone paving. Easy care. Best stored undercover when not in use. Assembly involves screwing on the legs. Pairs with the Tomi aluminium stool. Also available in other colours.
