Armchairs

Finding an armchair that you cannot wait to come home to is one of the simplest yet most authentic pleasures in life. It's a chance to nest somewhere for the evening as the world around you feels like it's slowing down and following your every whim. The more you sit there, the more you become thankful that this little spot of calm exists.

Early Settler exists to introduce you to a diverse range of Sofas and other forms of seating so that you can fall in love with your home all over again. It's a chance to change how everything looks and feels, and to do it in a way that makes you feel at peace with where you are.

Relaxed Armchair Options

Taking your time to consider your options is what falling in love with your home is all about. You can move at your own pace, take a more scenic route if you so wish, and then make your choice whenever you feel ready. Our mission is to make this process as carefree and relaxed as it always should be.

All Armchairs in our collection are designed to welcome you to take the weight off your feet in a way that instantly makes you feel at home. It's a chance to change the look and feel of your home so that you can quickly and easily take your interiors in the direction you want to go.

For example, did you know that adding a couple of Occasional Chairs around the edges of your main suite can help you to blend everything with the layout of your home just a little bit better? It's a chance to reimagine what's possible, but without thinking that you have to overcomplicate things or move too fast.

Thinking about the outer profile of your seating as a way to enhance the transitions between different areas in any given room is something that you may find refreshing. The more you start to think about the synergies you can create, the more you will be able to feel a deeper connection with your home.

Finding Alignments With Seating

If you don't feel that the energy and vitality of Swivel Chairs matches what you want for your study or reading room, an armchair that has a traditional profile with a slightly more modern finish could be the answer:

  • Picture yourself sinking into it with a book or your papers for the evening
  • Consider the addition of a side table and footstool to make the space your own
  • Think of your armchair as a place where noise fades out and time slows down

Aligning yourself with your seating in this way also allows you to feel a deeper sense of alignment with the wider home. It's a chance to rethink how you use and interpret space, but without putting pressure on yourself to reinvent everything purely for the sake of it. This is all about balance, refinement, and those subtle inclusions that many never think about, but that you cannot unsee the moment you lay eyes on them.

Why Early Settler?

Your armchair should be there, ready and waiting, enticing you to take a break and get the weight off your feet. If you can blend style with substance, as in the case of our curated collection of Leather Chairs, you will be able to set the tone for a calm little spot that you'll never want to leave.

The more you commit to the process, the more it will give back to you. We're ready to show you what becomes possible when you trust your creative side to lead the way.
