Courier
This option is available for smaller items that can be sent direct with our freight partner. Available orders are shipped next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival.

Home Delivery
This option is available for all larger items. Our Customer Service team will contact you once you place an order to confirm a delivery day. Transit times will vary based on your location, for more details click here.

Returns Policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR AU discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:

A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR AU to be produced.
Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.

For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Store Collection

Yes, we offer store collection as an option. Once you place an order online and request store collection, a team member will contact you once the item has arrived in store and is ready for collection. This may be via SMS, email or phone call.

All items must be collected within 7 days of arriving at store.For orders being collected from a warehouse, a member of our team will contact you after your order has been confirmed to organize a convenient date for your collection.

Smaller items that can easily fit into a standard car such as a table lamp, can be collected from any store or warehouse location and certain larger items can only be collected from our warehouses and larger stores.

To collect your item from one of our stores, please bring enough muscle with you to load your purchase into your vehicle as our team members will be unable to assist.See here for more information on store collections.

Oxford Bath Set 160mm PVD

The range is available in a capstan handle, offering you a jumper valve and standard washer internally, or a lever handle, which features a quarter-turn ceramic disc for greater ease of use. The ceramic disc cartridges in all our lever handles are designed to eliminate drips and reduce maintenance.

All Oxford PVD brass fittings are prepared with a PVD process, coating the surface of each item with zirconium for enhanced durability. This zirconium finish provides tapware and accessories with a stronger surface that is easy to maintain, won't fade, tarnish or scratch, and will keep your bathroom fresh for years to come. All PVD fittings come with a 10 year warranty on the finish.
