Courier
This option is available for smaller items that can be sent direct with our freight partner. Available orders are shipped next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival.

Home Delivery
This option is available for all larger items. Our Customer Service team will contact you once you place an order to confirm a delivery day. Transit times will vary based on your location, for more details click here.

We'll do the heavy lifting!

Our delivery team will carry your items to a specific room of your choice. Please note that we deliver to ground floor only.

Returns Policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at Early Settler's discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:

A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by Early Settler to be produced.
Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.

For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Store Collection

We offer store collection from a number of locations around the country. Once your order arrives and is ready to collect, we’ll contact you by phone, SMS or email.

All orders will be sent to our locations within the below timeframes. For backorders, this timeframe begins from your order ETA.

Victoria: 4-10 days
Queensland: 7-14 days
South Australia: 14-21 days
North Queensland, including Cairns, Townsville & Rockhampton: 14-21 days
New South Wales & ACT: 5-15 days
Western Australia: 10-21 days

We have limited storage space, so we ask that you collect your order within 7 days of being notified it has arrived. If that’s not possible, just let us know.

What can be collected where?

Smaller, lighter items can be collected from most of our stores. Larger or bulkier items may need to be collected from a warehouse location, which is fully equipped to help you load your order. Our smaller stores have limited people-power and therefore collection of bulky and heavy items is not available. When collecting your order, please bring help to load heavier items into your vehicle.

The Forma Electric Hanging Fireplace in Green transforms heating into a design feature. Suspended from the ceiling rather than mounted to a wall or placed on the floor, its cylindrical silhouette creates a striking focal point while freeing up valuable living space. Finished in a matte Green powder coat, the iron body brings warmth and personality to interiors, making it ideal for spaces that favour character over minimalism. The natural orange LED flame effect flickers realistically within the cylinder, creating ambience with or without heat. With two heat settings of 750W and 1500W, the Forma is designed to comfortably warm spaces of approximately 40–50m². A programmable timer from 0.5 to 8 hours and included remote control make operation simple and convenient.
