We offer store collection from a number of locations around the country. Once your order arrives and is ready to collect, we’ll contact you by phone, SMS or email.
All orders will be sent to our locations within the below timeframes. For backorders, this timeframe begins from your order ETA.
- Victoria: 4-10 days
- Queensland: 7-14 days
- South Australia: 14-21 days
- North Queensland, including Cairns, Townsville & Rockhampton: 14-21 days
- New South Wales & ACT: 5-15 days
- Western Australia: 10-21 days
We have limited storage space, so we ask that you collect your order within 7 days of being notified it has arrived. If that’s not possible, just let us know.
What can be collected where?
Smaller, lighter items can be collected from most of our stores. Larger or bulkier items may need to be collected from a warehouse location, which is fully equipped to help you load your order. Our smaller stores have limited people-power and therefore collection of bulky and heavy items is not available. When collecting your order, please bring help to load heavier items into your vehicle.
