Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Facebook Competition:
Competition Name: Win Tickets to The Marriage of Figaro, Her Majesty’s Theatre, Adelaide.
Eligibility: Open to residents aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Early Settler & their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
How to enter: To enter the competition, participants must comment on the specified Facebook post, telling us about their Favourite Early Settler furniture piece, and tag at least one friend in their comment.
Entry Period: The competition will commence on Monday 6th Nov and all entries must be received by Early Settler by no later than Thursday 9th November at 5pm EST.
Prize: There are Two (2) x Double passes to the opening night of The Marriage of Figaro on Thursday, 16th Nov at Her Majesty’s Theatre, Adelaide which includes entry to the official afterparty. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. The value of each Double pass and official after party is $500. The total value of the prize is $1000. Please note that the winner will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
The winner will be randomly selected by Early Settler from all valid entries received during the Entry Period, provided they have met the competition rules.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via Facebook message within 1 day of the end of the Entry Period. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 3 days the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
General: By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Early Settler reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. The decision of Early Settler is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
