Courier
This option is available for smaller items that can be sent direct with our freight partner. Available orders are shipped next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival.

Home Delivery
This option is available for all larger items. Our Customer Service team will contact you once you place an order to confirm a delivery day. Transit times will vary based on your location, for more details click here.

Returns Policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at Early Settler's discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:

A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by Early Settler to be produced.
Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.

For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Store Collection

We offer store collection from a number of locations around the country. Once your order arrives and is ready to collect, we’ll contact you by phone, SMS or email.

All orders will be sent to our locations within the below timeframes. For backorders, this timeframe begins from your order ETA.

Victoria: 4-10 days
Queensland: 7-14 days
South Australia: 14-21 days
North Queensland, including Cairns, Townsville & Rockhampton: 14-21 days
New South Wales & ACT: 5-15 days
Western Australia: 10-21 days

We have limited storage space, so we ask that you collect your order within 7 days of being notified it has arrived. If that’s not possible, just let us know.

What can be collected where?

Smaller, lighter items can be collected from most of our stores. Larger or bulkier items may need to be collected from a warehouse location, which is fully equipped to help you load your order. Our smaller stores have limited people-power and therefore collection of bulky and heavy items is not available. When collecting your order, please bring help to load heavier items into your vehicle.

The Sanctuary Roller Blind for Charcoal Pergola integrates directly into the Sanctuary pergola frame in matching charcoal, covering a full pergola side at 279cm wide and 225cm high. The 420gsm Textilene 2 by 2 weave fabric is a commercial-grade outdoor blind material with class 8 colour fastness, meaning the charcoal maintains its depth through prolonged sun exposure without fading unevenly. The powder-coated aluminium housing with zinc-coated steel fabric pipe handles the weight of the fabric reliably. The blind reduces wind, filters harsh afternoon glare and provides a level of privacy without fully closing off the space. Important usage note: when wind picks up or stormy conditions arrive, slide the blind up and stow it. If the blind gets wet and can't be stowed dry, extend it again as soon as possible to allow it to dry properly and preserve the fabric. A three-year warranty is included. Assembly from flat pack. Best stored undercover when not in use. Also available in other colours.
