The Miles is made from recycled timber with a sturdy steel frame. Each piece unique, the woodgrains, knots, rings and imperfections are distinct to every single item, meaning no two are ever alike, which is part of the true beauty of recycled timber furniture. The contemporary design will make a striking statement in any room, while 3-tier shelving with open and closed compartments provide ample storage for books, bits and bobs. For larger spaces, we also have a 180 cm version.

Care & Assembly

Metal Care

Simply wipe down occasionally with a damp cloth to remove any dust and debris.
Metal surfaces can be maintained by using the Guardsman metal protector, but care should be taken as to not get the solution in contact with any other materials.
Recommended to always follow the application instructions printed on the product.

Timber Care Instructions

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry with a clean cloth.
Occasional application of a natural-based furniture polish is recommended.
Do not use silicone-based products or other abrasive cleaners.
Because of the natural movement of the timber, it must be expected that the wood will slightly change shape due to variations in humidity and temperature, depending on the conditions of your home.
Therefore, care should be taken to avoid extreme heat conditions, moisture, and light, as this can cause the wood to swell, shrink or start to show signs of cracking.
We recommend the use of the Guardsman Wood Care kits, to help maintain the beautiful appearance of the timber for longer
