This option is available for smaller items that can be sent direct with our freight partner. Available orders are shipped next business day. Please allow 3-7 business days for arrival.

Home Delivery
This option is available for all larger items. Our Customer Service team will contact you once you place an order to confirm a delivery day. Transit times will vary based on your location, for more details click here.

Returns Policy

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and therefore products may at ESR AU discretion be returned to us for exchange or a store credit note within seven (7) days of full payment and collection/delivery of the goods, provided all the following conditions are met:

A receipt as proof of purchase of ownership may be required by ESR AU to be produced.
Returned goods are received in a re-saleable condition, including any packaging if possible
Goods are returned to the location they were originally purchased from or an alternative pre-arranged location.

For online and store purchases not viewed in a showroom prior to delivery, they can be returned for a full refund (less any delivery cost) within 7 days of receiving/collecting the product/s. The above conditions will still need to be met.

Store Collection

Yes, we offer store collection as an option. Once you place an order online and request store collection, a team member will contact you once the item has arrived in store and is ready for collection. This may be via SMS, email or phone call.

All items must be collected within 7 days of arriving at store.For orders being collected from a warehouse, a member of our team will contact you after your order has been confirmed to organize a convenient date for your collection.

Smaller items that can easily fit into a standard car such as a table lamp, can be collected from any store or warehouse location and certain larger items can only be collected from our warehouses and larger stores.

To collect your item from one of our stores, please bring enough muscle with you to load your purchase into your vehicle as our team members will be unable to assist.See here for more information on store collections.

Antique Brass Finish- To achieve our Antique Brass finish, we take our Polished Brass product and age each item individually by hand. The item is then rubbed back with a soft cloth to lighten the finish; after which it is baked to set. Once baked, a clear lacquer is applied and allowed to dry before going through final inspection and packaging. The Antique Brass patina is a living finish designed to wear and age naturally over time. Our Antique Brass finish is our most difficult finish to perfect and while our platers strive to provide consistency amongst our range of products in this finish, variations are to be expected. Care for it well and it will reward you with the most natural looking antique brass finish for many years.
