Our warehouses are fully equipped to help you load your order, but some of our stores will need your help to get your treasures on board. Our smaller stores have limited people-power and therefore collection of bulky and heavy items is not available. If your order cannot be collected from your local store, there is a warehouse near-by that you can pick up from. If not, you’re welcome to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on a solution.
Please bear in mind that our stores are very restricted in storage space. We request that you collect your order within 7 days of being notified of it’s arrival. If you can’t make it to a store in that time, please let the Store know when they call you or give us a call on 1300 653 969. We understand that you are busy so we will work with you to ensure your order is in a safe spot until you can collect.
All orders will be sent to our locations within 10-14 days. For backorders this time frame is from the ETA of your order. If your order is for a Birthday present or special occasion, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and the date that it is needed so that we can try and assist you as best as possible to get your product to you quickly.
